About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about people, communication, and building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and manage recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities and hiring initiatives.
- Assist in employer branding and talent engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Confidence in interacting with candidates over phone and virtual platforms.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong team collaboration skills.
Eligibility
